   Send a product list, a competitor link or your store URL. We find the factory or the wholesaler, compare quotes, sample it and come back with a landed cost. You never have to negotiate in a language you do not read.

2. Inventory purchase and storageStock bought and held on your terms.

   We buy ahead and hold the goods in our own warehouses, so your best sellers sit on a shelf before the ad spend lands. You decide the depth; we carry the storage, the batch records and the reorder signal.

3. Order fulfilmentPicked, checked, packed, gone.

   Orders arrive from your store or through the seller portal. We pick, run a second-person review, weigh, pack and hand over to the carrier. Single-item, multi-item and multi-SKU orders all run the same line.

4. Cross-border logisticsThe lane chosen per destination.

   We hold accounts with several forwarders and line carriers, then route each parcel by destination market, category and weight. Tracking numbers land back in your account, not in a spreadsheet someone emails you on Friday.

5. Brand upgradeYour name on the box, not ours.

   Custom mailers, printed inserts, thank-you cards, barcode and compliance labelling, light assembly and kitting. Nothing in the parcel tells your customer that a third party touched it.

6. After-sales and claimsSomebody owns the exception.

   Lost parcels, stalled tracking, damaged goods, returns and resends are handled by a named person rather than a ticket queue. We raise exceptions with you before your customer writes in.

3. 3Inventory is your decision, not our upsellPer-order sourcing costs less to start and ships slower. Held stock costs capital and ships the same day. We quote both honestly and let the SKU decide, instead of pushing everyone into a storage contract.
4. 4Checked before it ships, not afterGoods are inspected when they arrive at the warehouse and reviewed again before the box is sealed. Catching a wrong colourway on our floor costs a re-pick. Catching it at your customer's door costs the customer.
5. 5You can see what we seeOrder status, stock on hand, invoices, wallet balance and parcel tracking live in an account you log into yourself. A weekly report should not be the only window into your own operation.

How is this different from a dropshipping agent I find on a forum?

An agent is one person with a phone and a supplier list. We are a registered Hong Kong company with our own warehouses, our own operations staff and our own software, so your stock, your records and your contract do not vanish when one person stops replying.

Do I have to hold stock with you?

No. You can run entirely per-order, where we source and ship each sale as it comes in. Most sellers move their proven SKUs into held stock later, because it ships faster, and leave the long tail on per-order sourcing.

Who do I contract with, and who invoices me?

YLQ LIMITED, a Hong Kong limited company, registration number 76442884, incorporated on 15 April 2024. Quotes, invoices and settlement all run through that entity.

Which product categories do you handle?

Our depth is in fashion and apparel, beauty, and home and lifestyle goods. We also handle accessories, pet supplies and small consumer electronics. Batteries, liquids and regulated goods are assessed case by case, because the shipping lane decides what is possible.

Can the parcel carry my branding?

Yes. Custom mailers, inserts, thank-you cards and compliance labelling are part of the standard service. Nothing inside the parcel identifies us.

Which markets do you ship to?

Our customers sell mainly into the United States, the United Kingdom, the European Union and Australia. The lane and the carrier are chosen per destination rather than applied as one default.

How do I see what is happening to my orders?

You get a login to our seller portal. Order status, stock on hand, invoices, wallet balance and parcel tracking are all visible there, and the same records drive our warehouse floor.
